My First Deer

I was so excited to get my first deer this year after hunting for 3 years now.  I am proud to say I did it all by myself.  Lugged my stuff out to the tent, shot and tracked my deer, all before Dirk got there with the kids :)

Can't wait for next year!!

Snow Fun

It had snowed pretty good so the kids were able to get outside and enjoy a little fresh air.

Rock Island Meet

Lexi did so well at the Rock Island, IL meet.  She got 1st place and was also the Jumpin J's high scorer with 40.8.  We are so proud of Peanut for going out there and having fun and trying her best!  After the meet Stacy and I took her to Osaka hibachi grill for dinner and then to Barnes and Noble.  What a good day.

Halloween 2015

Harry Potter

The Hertz's had a Harry Potter party.  We all dressed up and had so much fun.  Stacy put so much time and thought into this with all the little things she did for the kids.  The adults had a fun night of cards and laughing!

Purple Hair

 Lexi is going to be Mal from Disney's Decendants.  So of course she wanted purple hair!  If you know me I will try and do anything for my kids.  Of course I had so much anxiety doing this because I do love her long blonde hair and didn't want to ruin it.

Woodhull Meet

First meet of the season.  Lexi is super excited to have moved up a level and to get a new pass.  She was so ready to get rid of the rolls and straddles.  We are ready for a fun/great season of tumbling!!

Country Corner

We took the kids to Country Corner and had soo much fun.  The kids loved the flashlight maze.  Of course the husbands/kids beat us girls and Hazel.  Then Kevin got the kids tickets for the Zombie Paintball ride....of course that was a big hit!!  Such a fun family night with amazing people.

Hunter's 1st Communion

Hunter had his first communion at church.  He was excited for this day it is a milestone in his growing up.  Not only that he got to snuggle with Sadie Mae :)  He loves babies.

Swanson Cookout at the Farm

Another cookout at the farm is done :)  The kids love being out there!
