Lake Story

On Sunday we decided to try fishing at Lake Story.  The weather was ok since we found a nice shady spot to fish.  While searching for the best spot we came across this trail in the woods.   The kids walked down it and found this really cute spot for a picture.  We decided we are going to bring them back when they have appropriate shoes on for a hike and they are so excited!  Of course Lexi is posing, LOL.

First time tubing

We went to "happy hour" on the lake with the gang this past weekend.  While were were there Dirk insisted on letting the kids tube because Uncle Kelsey would go extra slow.  I am such a worry wart when it comes to my kids so it took alot for me to finally agree.  It happened to be a great night because there were hardly any boats on the water and Kelsey did great!  I also lucked out because I decided to take my video camera since I already had several pictures of them in the lake and was able to get them tubing on video!!  This picture isn't great because it is with my phone but you get the point.

The Johnson Family

A couple of weekends ago most of the Johnson clan were able to get together at the cabin.  It was great seeing everyone.  The only thing missing was Emily and her family :(   The kids are all getting so big I can't believe it!  All that blonde hair!  Oh and thanks Sarah for the Scentsy order!

Fun at the lake

Around the 4th of July holiday we went out on the "motorboat" with Kelsey and Erin several times.  The kids loved it!  Their favorite thing to do is jump off the boat into the water.  Instead of posting each visit I just decided to share some of the photos from all of our trips.  Enjoy.

Lexi starts tubmling!

Lexi started tublimg at Lynn's last Tuesday and loved it.  Below are some of the pictures I took with my phone so they are not great.  Parents are in an area with a window to one room and then tv monitors to the other rooms.  I'm pretty sure this is so the parents don't try and coach there kids. LOL.
