37!

I had such a fun time on my birthday this year.  Had a night out with my best friends and our hubbies.  Dinner at Red Lobster, gambling at the Casino, and then drink in Bishop Hill.  The girls got me a great bag of goodies and a Barnes and Noble gift card.  They know the way to my heart is with books LOL. Turning 37 was soooo much fun :)

My First Deer

I was so excited to get my first deer this year after hunting for 3 years now.  I am proud to say I did it all by myself.  Lugged my stuff out to the tent, shot and tracked my deer, all before Dirk got there with the kids :)

Can't wait for next year!!

Snow Fun

It had snowed pretty good so the kids were able to get outside and enjoy a little fresh air.

Rock Island Meet

Lexi did so well at the Rock Island, IL meet.  She got 1st place and was also the Jumpin J's high scorer with 40.8.  We are so proud of Peanut for going out there and having fun and trying her best!  After the meet Stacy and I took her to Osaka hibachi grill for dinner and then to Barnes and Noble.  What a good day.
