Another great Holiday season!!  Kids looked cute in their matching jammies for Christmas eve :)

I always forget to get pictures Christmas morning because I enjoy watching the kids so much when they open stuff.  I did get this one of Tabby helping with the wrapping paper.  We sure do love our TabTab

We had my family over on Christmas day for our party.  Mom and Scott got the kids these electric scooters.  The kids love them!!

Retirement

Christmas day was my dads last day in uniform.  I have to say it was bitter sweet.  So glad I don't have to worry about him and the dangers of being a cop.  On the other hand now I have to worry about him being out at the lake by himself.  I always lecture him about making sure someone knows he is going and to take a buddy!  You would think I'm the parent :)

The kids and I went to Peoria to finish some Christmas shopping.  We took some extra time to play a couple games of bowling at Bass Pro and then had lunch at Hooters.  Then a trip to Barnes and Noble before we headed home.

Canton meet

Lexi placed 7th at the Canton meet.  After competing for about a year and a half she had her first mess up.  On her front pass the first trick she did she didn't get all the way over so she got a zero for her second pass.  Super proud of her for not getting upset and realizing you can't win them all.  She then rooted for her fellow tumblers to do well.  Such a great girl!!  Layla came home with us after the meet and played.  The girls had so much fun :)

 The girls and I got together at Stacy's and did Christmas cookies and played games with the kids.  They had so much fun and as always the kids were pretty good :)  Love this time we spend together making memories.
