Baseball Season

Baseball season has begun.  Hunter is in PeeWee this year.  Lexi decided not to play which helps clear up our schedule.  Hunter plays multiple positions this year which is fun to watch.  He catches, plays 1st or 3rd base, and pitches.  I was so nervous his first time pitching because he really hasn't done it before.  He has done great and I'm so proud of him!!  Love watching my lil man play ball.

Friends day at the lake

Memorial Day out friends and their families joined us at the lake.  We fished, cooked out, and just enjoyed each others company.  Such a fun and great day and can't wait to do it again!!

We spent a little bit at the shooting range this weekend while camping.  The kids loved shooting...and so does Mommy :)  I even had a contest with Hunter who could hit the bullseye or get closest out of so many shots.  I believe he won LOL.

Camping Fun

This year we are staying in the camper more.  The kids loved being out at the lake and so do we.  Love making memories like these with the kids.  We spend most of our time 4-wheeling and fishing :)  This weekend we had so many visitors that the kids had so much fun playing together.  Can't wait for out next weekend around July 4th.

Mushroomin

We love mushroom season every year.  It's not so much the eating as the finding them.  This year we had a great year!!  We found 261 in one area this year at the farm!  A couple days later we went back after a rain and found 35 more in the same area.  The kids had so much fun finding all of them.  They would load up their arms/hand full of them before putting them in the bag.  Such a fun time.  I'm so glad they found a whole bunch like that.  Most people don't ever see a motherload in one area.

State Championship Meet 2015

 We are so proud of our Lil Peanut!!  Out of 21 girls she got 4th at the State Meet.  She has done so well for her first year of competing.  She qualified for Nationals so I asked her if she wanted to go.  Her reply was (maybe not exact wording but something like..)  "I may not be the best but I would like to see what I can do".  How do you say NO to that so off to South Dakota we go in June :)

Hunting Safety Course

My boy isn't a baby anymore.  He took the hunters safety course and passed!  He is ready to get started...but I don't know if Mom is so ready for that.

Jumpin J's tumbling meet

The Jumpin J's hosted at meet in Knoxville with the Wizard of Oz theme.  The awards stage was so cute!!  Lexi got 1st place for the first time and I was so proud of her.  The girls also had a cheering section.  They were so excited to see Aunt Jackie, Cousins Dawn & Michelle, and even Papa Glen made it to the meet.  Next up is the state competition.

Lexi was told when she got 1st place she could get a meet tshirt...so she got it.
