Bear Country, SD

The kids really enjoyed Bear Country.  They had a drive through part that was so fun to have the bears come right up to your car.  They looked so snuggly and you just wanted to cuddle.  After the driving you could walk through and see all the cubs for each animal they had.  Super cute...only it was raining and we didn't see the babies much since it started to pour down rain.

Wall Drug, SD

Everyone talked about Wall Drug so we had to make a stop on our way.  Lots of shopping and we enjoyed lunch with the West's.

The Badlands, SD

On our way from Sioux City to Rapid City we also drove through the Badlands.  The kids loved this.  I was a little freaked out from rattle snakes.  Thank goodness we didn't see any!!  (Dont mind the crazy travel hair we all have LOL)

Corn Palace, Mitchel SD

It was early in the morning when we started out to Rapid City so we did a quick stop at the Corn Palace.  It wasn't open so we showed the kids the outside.

Headed to South Dakota for Nationals

Our 12 hour drive begins.  We drove 7 hrs the first night and stayed over in Sioux City, SD.  Then we traveled the 5 hours to Rapid City the next day.  We also enjoyed some sight seeing along the way.

Jumpin J's Nationals Picnic

The Nationals Team got together for a picnic before the competition.  The girls drew names and got $10 gifts for the girl that they drew.  The coaches got the girls t-shirts and flip flops.  Such cute things and all the girls had fun.  We have such a great group of girls and great coaches!!  South Dakota here we come.

Just posting a current picture I took of the kids before we went to supper for a night.  Love them more than words can say!

More fishing....

Once again more fishing for our family at the lake.  This trip we got some big bluegill for once.  They were so fun to catch and the kids enjoyed getting some bigger ones this time.
